Let me time out my extremely busy schedule to exemplify and place under the spotlight and the microscope regarding Safe Air, Air Conditioning & Heating. However, before expounding on them, please allow me to express the many hats worn and introduce myself. I am Dr. Michael Augustus, a retired physician & academic professor (retired); currently, a licensed funeral director & embalmer, and a professional radio broadcaster on V107fm.org, which broadcast on terrestrial radio station in the State of Alabama. My radio show, Michael Augustus' "Taking You Back" is heard by approximately 1.2 million listener's, daily, Monday thru Friday. Because of my platform, and the flick of a switch, those listeners are engaged with me and the music played. With that stated, I'm able to reach the masses of the population very quickly. Recently, my home HVAC unit was on it's 'last leg'. I had to do something because the humidity and heat was unbearable! I reached out to Safe Air and the next day, a representative by the name of Duane spoke with me regarding what the company had to offer. Let me tell you, that was the BEST decision I made! Duane was extremely profession and dedicated to the product. After he explained my financial options, he connected me with viable finance company, within an hour, I was approved! The following day, the installation crew installed my unit I was extremely pleased!!! With that stated, I highly recommend "Safe Air" to the world!!! In conclusion, as a human being, Duane treated me with respect, dignity, and delivered high quality service from his extremely gifted and talented installation crew. Speaking of which, arrived on schedule, worked in a timely manner (less than 4 hours), installed my HVAC unit without rushing, and most impressive, they cleaned ever aspect of their work area. Upon completion, the installer took time to connect my cell phone to the thermostat -- that was very impressive! Duane, keep up the excellent work by delivering impeccable service to previous clients and those forthcoming! The young crew showed up on time and started working right away. Very polite respectful and professional. Explained what they installed and showed pictures of their work in the hot attic. They were awesome and I couldn’t of picked a better company

My sales rep. is Duane. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. Great price and great service. The installers even found an issue I have had for several years, and it is now finally fixed properly. They even cleaned up after the installation, where I could not even tell they had been here. I did have a couple of hiccups along the way, but Safe Air made sure they were taken care right away, not weeks or months later, it was taken care of immediately and to my satisfaction, with the rep. contacting when they finished the job to make sure I was happy and answered any questions I may have had. I would highly recommend Safe Air.

Great price and excellent service on the installation of a new 4-ton system. Installers were knowledgeable and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a new AC installation.

Robert came out to give us an estimate for replacing our old 2 ton unit on July 20th, 2022.
He is very knowledgeable, a veteran, and all around a good guy. Very clear communication in all aspects of the process. We chose to do financing, and the process was super simple and fast.
Robert had a crew out the very next day to remove the old unit and install a new one (with feel like temps of 100+ & probably 120+ in the attic). Everyone involved was very professional and I would recommend them to anyone I know that needs AC work done.

David the salesperson is a very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly person. Did a great job on installing my AC unit it took them around 5 hours to complete the job.

spoke to David Burt and he took great care of me and my family's needs. He came out the same day we 1st spoke and the next day the unit was installed. We was without air for 10 days and he and his quick response made sure we didn't make it to 11. For that we are very appreciative! Thanks again from the Kirkland Family

Safe Air just replaced our 20-year old HVAC system and I could not be happier.
Their prices were very competitive and Kal, the Owner, is honest and fair. He does what he says he will do and he exceeded our expectations.
I'm a satisfied customer and would recommend Safe Air Houston to anyone who is wanting to replace or upgrade their hvac system. They deserve 10 stars but Google only lets me give them five.....

Pricing was great. Installed unit. The outside unit didn't work because of manufacturer defect. They drove from Houston to College Station 3 times. To make sure the problem was fixed. Great service. Thank for a job well done.
